Write a short letter to a friend (imaginary) who you are concerned may be using drugs. You can pick any drug of concern. Outline the evidence that you have observed and what you know about this drug from research/class. Include what you see has changed in their behavior and/or appearance. Include you suggestion regarding what steps should be taken to help this friend. Don't forget to add references to the bottom of your letter for me to review regarding any statistics you report in your submission.
