3. Nursing home facilities: It offers lengthened care for patients who require supplementary time to improve from an injury or an illness.  

4. Outpatient clinics or surgical centers: It offers services, which do not need overnight hospitalization. In this the services vary from basic surgeries to diagnostic therapy or testing.  

5. Home health care: It offers nursing, personal care, therapy, or housekeeping services in the home of the patient.  

6. Rehabilitation center: It offers intensive occupational and physical therapy that comprises outpatient and inpatient treatment.
