If a woman and a man who weigh similar consume a similar amount of alcohol, the BAC or blood alcohol concentration of a woman will be more in comparison to a man. The BAC refers to the percentage of alcohol in the bloodstream of an individual. There are various elements, which influences the absorption and metabolism of alcohol like body weight, age, and health condition.  

The body of a woman has less concentration of water in order to dilute the alcohol, thus, the alcohol remains longer in the body of a woman, and thus, the woman of the same weight would possibly have greater BAC in comparison to the man of the same weight.
