Renewable resources- They are natural resources such as wind, sunlight, and water. They are good sources of energy in which they don't effect the ecosystem or pollute the air. Although they are healthy resources for the environment, they aren't always the most dependable resource for energy. Its not always sunny so no light is able to produce energy at night. The wind isn't always powerful or windy enough to spin the turbines to produce energy. The energy that they produce cannot be stored so that is a disadvantage.

Non-renewable resources- Resources such as coal, gas, and nuclear power are more dependable and can be stored for use later on in the day. They put off pollution and bad gases in the air which can hurt the ecosystem. The pollution makes the temperatures rise to a point where it can kill people and other organisms. If there was to be a nuclear power plant failure anywhere within a certain radius can be breathing in fumes that can cause people/plants to get sick and die. It is also creating global warming which melts ice caps every year and is making the water rise. The sum of all this is bad weather, high temperatures, and pollution.
