Saturated fats are cholesterol and are a liquid, when out side of the body, but when there inside and begin to form and turn into fat, they eventually turn into a liquid-solid, because your body temprature is 98.4 at minimum it doesnt have time to harden.Thus meaning they are half  liquid and half solid. (i hope this helps!)
