Which process can be described as two cell divisions, genetic variation, and haploid cells?

I think that this is meiosis, but I am not so sure though. Check it in google also.

as in mitosis, dna replication occurs during interphase.   in meiosis, it occurs specifically in s phase of interphase 1.
