Here's everything you need to know about those:

Your beginning statement is "Earthquakes can cause destruction."

Your manipulated variable is the variable you are going to change during the experiments in order to see whether or not the responding variable changes in a specific way

Your responding variable is the variable that you aren't changing, but are instead measuring.

Your testable question is just a rewording of your beginning statement in order to create a question you can test (e.g Can earthquakes cause destruction?)

And finally, Your hypothesis is just a prediction that you have for the experiment. A good hypothesis will include both the manipulated and responding variables (e.g An increase in temperature will melt ice faster).
