Adenosine triphosphate or ATP is a ribonucleotide composed of the adenosine to the three phosphates.

The breakdown of the ATP provides energy to the metabolic reaction in the cell, therefore, is known as the energy currency of the cell.

Its main function is that it provides energy during the reaction which leads to function of the other cellular functions of the cells like in photosynthesis and glycolysis.

it also supports my hypothesis. if you rest first you can squeeze the clothespin more times. from the data i collected the average of the eight people concluded exercise makes your muscles more fatigued and less able to squeeze the clothespin compared to resting before squeezing.
