Answer - Telomere or aka Telomere aging theory 

Reasoning - Shows the structure of your DNA of Strands which can correlate back to how many Cell division has occurred within during the chromosome/separation of structure because each time cell division happens the chromosomes get separated and the telomere then stretches little of time to tell how many chromosomes and division can occur within the time span.
