The refrigerator has no room to cool the meat i just cooked what should i do

There are many things you can do.
You can put it in the freezer just for a little bit, to cool it down, but not freeze it completely. You can also take some stuff out of the fridge just for a while. If it is cold outside, you can put the meat on the window or the balcony to let it chill.
