You use reverse transcriptase to make double stranded cdna from the mrna of a tumor cell. you ligate the cdnas to plasmids and transform them into bacteria. each bacterial colony has:

a. a mixture of cdnas

b. a single gene including introns and promoter

c. a mixture of genomic fragments

d. a single tumor cell cdna

e. a single lens cell cdna

i believe it would cause an increase of percipitation, though i could be wrong. so i would say b is the answer.

the main thing i would use is bricks because if there is a hurricane, there is a great possibility for the house to still stand. and i would also use plexiglass windows instead of regular windows because plexiglass isn't prone to breaking.
