A dissipated personal modus operandum, which may be characterized by one or more of the following: substance abuse–eg, alcohol, drug and/or tobacco use, debauchery, sexual promiscuity and/or teenage pregnancy, poor sleep hygiene, domestic violence, and other unhealthy habits

Explanation:

Eating fast food, not getting daily exercise (going for a walk or simply just stretching) sitting on your phone all day watching tik. Toks and other similar videos, being sad and depressed but still saying that you will start living a healthy lifestyle "tomorrow". That is an unhealthy lifestyle choice (which I had), but by making small differences every day, you will slowly but surely change your lifestyle and turn your life 180°. Just know that big things don't happen overnight. This is a sentence that is often said, but not everyone can understand it.
