Water can be lost through sweating, urinating and breathing. So basically all your body’s mains are loosing water. Sweating is somethign your own body does to cool yourself and to do that you would need water. Without water you wouldn’t sweat. Breathing because when you inhale air, the water in you air tube and other areas of your mouth or nose makes the air kinda damp Theodore making it like a tiny fog. It’s why you can see your breath on a cold day. And urinating of course becuase your eliminating waste and sometimes if you drink too much it just gets rid of it since its no use.
