Not a homework question. So I watched some workout video about a high intensity workout(7minutes of 45seconds active exercises, 15seconds rest). And it claims that it will create a after burn effect. But ive heard that if you dont do cardio more than 30minutes it is not effective in terms of burning fat. So the question here is, does the 7minutes workout work?
