Because That's where Humans get their Energy Source from. Animals at the top only have a little bit of energy while plans and primary consumers have a lot. also humans can't eat the animals on the top of the food chain mostly bc they are lions and predator. As the food chain goes up the energy amount decreases so it's better if Humans eat primary consumers
