Explain lymphatic system ​

The lymphatic system is a system in the human body that consists of a network of tissues and organs that assist in ridding our bodies of toxins, as well as waste or other unwanted things that may be inside of us. The main purpose of this system is to transport a fluid called lymph, which contains infection fighting white blood cells, throughout the body.

A clear fluid that goes through the lymph vessels.

It’s part of your immune system.

It has these functions: It protects your body from things or bacteria that can cause illnesses, maintains your body fluid levels, and drains the abdomen.

Lymphatic disease can happen in your lymphatic system.

The lymphatic system is important because it can prevent you from catching illnesses from germs, and bacteria.
