Explanation:

La comunicación oral se caracteriza por ocurrir entre dos o más personas de manera directa, espontánea y simultánea. Se utiliza la voz para emitir el mensaje y la audición para recibirlo. El código es oral y no permanece en el tiempo.

En la comunicación escrita el mensaje se transmite por un código escrito. El emisor escribe el mensaje y el receptor lo lee. El mensaje no es simultáneo sino que se interpreta luego de que fue emitido, es decir cuando se lee una vez recibido, por ejemplo cuando el destinatario recibe la carta. La comunicación oral a diferencia de la escrita no es espontánea sino que se planifica lo que se va escribir. Por último, el mensaje permanece en el tiempo ya que está escrito.
