1) Carefully pinch a piece of the balloon that represents the diaphragm between your thumb
and forefinger. (If you find this to be difficult, use a piece of tape to attach a small piece of
paper to the center of the balloon to use as a handle.) Gently pull the "diaphragm" downward.
