why is it unlikely that we would have mutations that we will create people like the xmen or incredible hulk

one thing is that we just dont know enough about the 'genetic potential of our genes' to produce superhuman abilities like the xmen and hulk

we're all technically mutants, but mutating like the xmen would probably get us killed bc of how drastic of a physical change it is.

alsoo if everyone had a mutation like the xmen/hulk, all the mutations wouldnt be similar enough for people to breed meaning that eventually, over a long long time humans/mutants would become extinct possibly.

its pretty unlikely that we would be able to change that much physically without ruining our likelihood of reproducing.
