Which bestexplains why offspring created through sexual reproduction have greater variation than those created through asexual reproduction?

Asexual reproduction will only have one parent, meanwhile sexual reproduction will have 2. sexual reproduction makes it so you have more genes/dna. for example, your dad could have blue eyes and your mom could have brown. you could have either blue or brown, right? but asexual offspring will have the eye color that their only parent had. sorry if I'm a bit confusing haha
