What does it feel like when you're lonely? I'm asking you, please answer in your own words, this is for an experiment.

Sad, but sometimes good to take time for yourself.

To me, it feels like not being understood. I could with my family and talking or watching tv, but we get into a topic like, mental health let’s say, and they don’t understand me, I feel lonely. I also feel lonely when there is no trust. Like when I am with my family, since I don’t trust them I feel lonely. I would say lonely involved not being understood or not having a mental bond with someone.
