Immunity is one of the most concern topic of human health now a days. So, to maintain our immune cells throughout our lifetime, we can follow the following tips:

Eat a healthy diet: It is important to take nutrient-rich diet so that our immune system can fight against the disease causing bacteria or virus and keeps us healthy enough.

Get active: Regular exercise and keeping ourselves active keeps our muscles and body fit and provide energy to our immune cells.

Get plenty of sleep: Sleeping is one of the way to stay healthy but it should be  limited. Its important to give rest to your body so for that its important to take 6 to 7 hrs of sleep per day.

Maintain body weight: overweight can weaken our immune cells, so important to maintain our body weight with physical activity and eating a healthy diet that will keep our immune cells throughout our lifetime.

Quit smoking and other harmful habits: Smoking makes our immune cells weak and slowly our body get prone to diseases. So, to keep immune cells healthy one should quit smoking.
