Is it easy to eat healthy food? Should supermarket chains be forced to build in urban and rural areas, not just suburban areas?

it's not easy to eat healthy especially with all the fast-food chains situated around urban areas. but there should still be affordable, healthy food in supermarkets in stuff like that in urban/rural areas. fast-food should not be the only avaliable food around, but since it tastes good and is sold cheaply its eaten a lot, which negatively affects the health of people living in those areas
