Which is more predictable, a volcanic eruption or an earthquake? Explain why. This question is a science question but whatever

Volcanic eruptions are more predictable

Both volcanic eruptions and earthquakes are measured by seismographs but volcanic eruptions are easier to notice because of where tectonic plates move(hotspots). If their is an opening  between plates over a hotspot a volcano can form and eventually erupt.

i think that is new experiments yield untrustworthy data and should be carefully considered, because you don't know what will happen with the experiments.
