Somebody help T_T i have this huge knot on my shoulder that hurts so bad :(

What i do is drink water and rub it until it goes away. The knot might be cause because your body doesn't have enough water so your mucles can't slide against each other, just like a charlly horse. I hope this helps!!! :D
