First off it represents this bc the plant and animal that were eaten did not go away but were transfred to another animal to be eaten but energywise this basically means that energy from eating one thing trnsfers to another animal to be used off and this is basically one big cycle. remains off living things eatan are j left to decompose as well and eventually do to decomposers sho use it's energy.
