Take a look at a bicycle with gears. Using what you have just learned, answer the following questions: 1. Which gear combination would you like to use when you want to pedal with as few strokes as possible and have your wheels turn as many times as possible?
2. Now you are going up a hill and want to maximize the force you deliver to the wheel. You aren’t concerned with how many strokes you are making, but you want to get as much force to the wheel as possible. Which gear combination would you use now, and why?

the oxygenated blood then leaves the lungs through pulmonary veins, which return it to the left heart, completing the pulmonary cycle. this blood then enters the left atrium, which pumps it through the mitral valve into the left ventricle. from the left ventricle, the blood passes through the aortic valve to the aorta.

deoxygenated blood leaves through the right ventricle through the pulmonary artery. from the right atrium, the blood is pumped through the tricuspid valve (or right atrioventricular valve), into the right ventricle.

the  different  of  these  two  are  that  they  differently  handle  their  team.

an  expressive  leader  focuses  on  the  task  at  hand  and  make  sures  that  their  goal  is  achieved.  they  accurately  finish  the  task.  an  instrumental  leader  on  the  other  hand  works  on  the  unity  of  the  group,  they  care  more  about  their  employees.  all  the  while  creating  a  good  environment.
