Flask 3: Flask of boiled meat broth with
an S-shaped tube
How do the results of flask 3 disprove spontaneous generation? Select all that apply.
Ob
Spontaneous generation was proven by the microorganisms that grew in the open flask with meat broth.
The flask was open to air, but the microorganisms were trapped in the bent part of the S-shaped tube.
The microorganisms could not get into the liquid to reproduce, so the broth remained clear.
The microorganisms just appeared in the meat broth seemingly from nowhere.
