The situation in Europe is very complicated with the birth rates and death rates, as well as emigration and immigration. In all of the European countries the death rate is bigger than the birth rate, except for Ireland, Albania and Kosovo. The situation with the birth rate is most critical in Western Europe were most of the countries are below 1.6 children per family.
