If your talking about water in underground caves or the like, then no. However, almost all water is included in the "Water Cycle", It is evaporated and passes through the hydrosphere, condenses into clouds and once saturated enough with water, it releases all the water from it into rain, sleet, hail, snow, etc. Which also explains why some areas get little rain, for example deserts, which have low humidity, or why some areas get a lot of rain, for example aptly named, rainforests, which have high humidity. But to answer your question simply, yes water does leave the earths surface, however it comes back down. Unless you meant the Earth's atmosphere which if so I apologize for not answering the question.
