the table.
Start with the moderate activity and record your pulse for 10 seconds at two-minute intervals.
Ideally, continue the activity while measuring your pulse. If that isn't possible, stop and record your
data and then quickly resume your activity.
After completing the first activity, rest until your pulse returns to your normal resting rate. Then
begin the second activity, repeating the same process. Record your findings in the table.
