Astudent forms the following hypothesis: if people wear bright colors, they will be happier. what is/are the problem(s) with this hypothesis?

Hypothesis refers to a recommended explanation or a supposition developed on the foundation of confined evidence as a starting point for further testing. In the given case, there is no scientific proof to support the mentioned claim.  

The student is not even indicating about the colors that are needed to be worn to stay happier, he or she has only suggested or recommended about the bright colors, without any kind of specification. This indicates an issue with the hypothesis, as there is an assortment of things.
