Population is made up of many individuals of a particular species in a given particular geographical area which can interbreed with each other and produce viable offsprings.  

So many individuals from the same species make a population and different population together called a community, and many communities when comes together they make an ecosystem.

An ecosystem have is an interacting system which consists of both biotic and abiotic factors. In the hierarchical organization of the living system, the ecosystem is the first unit.  

Many ecosystem together makes landscape,  many landscape together makes a biome and many biome together makes a biosphere.

Organism→Population→Community→Ecosystem→Landscape→Biome→ Biosphere
