In a Rock cycle explain how does a a. metamorphic rock become into a Sedimentary rock.
b. Igneous rock become into a metamorphic rock.

a  When metamorphic rocks are exposed at the earth's surface, they will be broken down into sediments. After being compacted they will become sedimentary rocks.

b  When massive amounts of heat and pressure are applied to an igneous rock, it compacts and becomes a metamorphic rock.
