The central nervous system includes all of the following except: brain spinal cord nerves that reach the tissues in limbs cerebellum

The nerves that reach the tissues in limbs is not the part of the central nervous system.  

•The central nervous system or the CNS mainly is formed of the spinal cord and the brain. However, it generally is considered to exhibit seven fundamental parts, that is, the spinal cord, the pons, the medulla, the midbrain, the cerebellum, the cerebral hemispheres, and the diencephalon.  

•The parts of the nervous system apart from the brain and the spinal cord is known as the peripheral nervous system.  

•It comprises the spinal nerves, the cranial nerves and their roots and branches, the neuromuscular junctions, and the peripheral nerves.  

•The bundles of axons or the nerve fibers transmit information to and from the central nervous system in the peripheral nervous system.  

Thus, the nerves that reach the tissues in the limbs is the part of peripheral nervous system not central nervous system.

My answer is the CNS consist of the brain and the spinal cord nerves but not cerebellum.

as resources become scarce because of population growth, the growth decreases after few years due to lack of resources and food.
