Why are personal hygiene and safe health practices important even when you are among people who are apparently healthy?

They may not compusery be healthy they even may be sick.we cannot determine if they healthy or not. By the way, even if they are healthy we have to do social distancing just in case and to keep healthy we have to do exersises to boost our  immune system because of this huge pandamic
