i have a mental dysfunction in the brain. i lost a lot of brain cells. my mom thinks it's fortnite but ik it's not. i'm not really all there... i keep laughing like a psychopath everyday. been happening to me for 3 years. not sure why.. but anyway, any tips so i can get smarter?

try concentrating exercises, look em up on you tube or something like that, that way, you can learn how to concentrate better, and pretty much ig thats it.
