How does the correct amino acids sequence compare to the muated sequence

A mutated Amino acid sequence has either an incorrect letter of the letter placed in the wrong place.

The correct mutation is a unharmed gene

You look at the correct and mutated sequence to see what letter is in the wrong place and to see how it effects it.
