(HELP PLZ) Students set up an experiment which they filled dialysis tubing with starch solution. They tied off the ends of the tubing and placed it in a beaker filled with distilled water and iodine for 3 hours. Given the fact that dialysis tubing is semi-permeable like the plasma membrane and the membrane is permeable to iodine and impermeable (can not pass through) to starch, what will the students observe the next day? *

The starch solution turned blackish when the iodine solution diffused into the tubing
The iodine turned blackish when the starch solution diffused out of the bag
The starch solution stayed white, and the water level in the beaker lowered when water diffused into the bag
The iodine solution stayed orange-brown, and the water level in the beaker increased when the water diffused out of the bag
