During your research, a nearby factory dumps a massive load of blue clay into your study stream. You resurvey the population and find that there are now 100 total crayfish; 65 red crayfish and 35 blue crayfish. Understanding that shifts of 0.2-0.3 in allele frequencies are not considered to be related to evolution; has this population evolved
