Avian influenza viruses which is one of the global virus with new antigenic subtypes caused death of many people.aquatic birds are also the source of all these influenza viruses in some animal species.The transmission of influenza virus can be from birds in live poultry to humans. Avian influenza viruses can also be transmitted to animals like horses, and mammals. because of the viral replication in it's hosts there isbelive that avian influenza viruses are not transmitted directly to humans in nature.

Therefore since this avian influences is most often contracted by sick birds which can also be can also be passed from person to person, then evolution helps us to know that it moves from simple to complex species.
