Why do our cells need oxygen?
Cells need oxygen to perform cellular respiration which makes ATP that the cells use to function
Cells need oxygen to perform photosynthesis which makes ATP to help the cell function
Cells need oxygen to send to the muscles so that the muscles can get the ATP to move the body
During digestion the oxygen is broken down into ATP which cells need to function
