1.Complexity  - The complication of animals as compared to plants when they are hybrids are less  which makes easy to work with plants than animals.

2. Easily Available- Hybrid plants are more easily available than animals specie which can also be one of the reason why it is easy to work with them. Size of plants,color, taste might be considered as special.
