You'll be testing the effects of various compounds on bacterial growth. For both the antiseptic/disinfectant experiment, and the antibiotic susceptibility experiment, you'll be placing paper disks containing these compounds on these plates, then measuring the effect of the compound on bacterial growth at the next lab. To ensure that you are testing, you need to make sure that these paper disks are handled properly:
The disks should be placed on the plate the plate with the bacterial culture.

Drag each label to the correct location on the image. each label can be used more than once. a scientist introduced mutations in a gene sequence isolated from bacteria. study the sequence, and identify the steps where the mutations may affect the formation of proteins. in the sequence, black letters stand for protein coding regions and red letters stand for noncoding regions. protein will not be changed. protein may be changed. attcgtgttc atcgtgttc atcgtattc attcgtattc
