The pop out phenomenon is an attention based phenomenon that occurs when a visual stimuli that is comprised of of different components stands out from the other objects in a field.

An example of pop up effect is when a person highlights texts, the highlighted texts will stand out and separate them from the rest of enabling easy reading.

The phenomenon has triggered selective attention on the highlighted text.

Selective attention describes the process of reacting on a particular stimuli selectively even when others are occurring simultaneously.

Stimuli are the agents or we can say they are factors which tends or compels a body system to show some response. As, each of stimulus can be created by a an agent outside or it can also be inside the living being body.

While, there is a list of priorities set by each being in order to show some response to the different level of stimulus inside a given region or space.While, the organism tends to have show more reaction towards those stimulus which are related towards the survival of the being. Just because each of the living being has the basic instinct to survive and find a shelter for itself.Along, with which the competition for mating, food resources, and having more space for the living being in order to acquire more food and shelter resources all comprise of the 1st priority for the living being.As they are irreplaceable for the living beings with out which the living being can not survive or we can simple say that the response towards certain stimulus is more inbuilt for each living being inside a given space or region.While, the second priority can be the other factors like luxury, games, and many other activities or responses shown by the living beings to a given stimulus.
