At First, they began to train officers in group as a team instead of sending two or three officers to the state training academy plus they increased the period of training from four weeks to ten weeks also adding a form of apprenticeship where they teamed new personal with veterans and they observed better result at the work.

Secondly, they included verbal de-scalating skills as part of the force, applied non-force to make it force, offered skills training to the inmates, caused am alteration in the skills set, decreasing violence not just acting against it.

Thirdly, they enlarged or increased their facilities to include a unique type of design. The largest and most controversial area of this new improved design was the toilet. It lacked toilets faculties. Although it looka insignificant today but at that period it was a big one. They made the units appear more clean, with little or no danger and made it more humane.
