In case of the onion cell the outer layer has cellulose but when it comes to human skin cell the cellulose cell wall is absent. Due to the presence of cellulose the cell holds a definite shape but the human cell fails to maintain the shape as well as the rigidity.   The presence of chloroplast can be marked in the onion cell and again is absent in the human cell.
