The snRNA are involved in the splicing of the RNA molecules hence, they are involved in RNA splicing. The pre-mRNA makes the mature RNA which is ready to travel from the nucleus. The mRNA is made as a result of transciption. Hence, all these options go with transcription/RNA processing.

During translation, the tRNA brings nucleotides so that an amino acid chain can be formed. As rRNA are present in the ribosomes hence tRNA nd rRna are parts of translation machinery.
