2daughter cells sexual or asexual?

Forming of 2 daughter cells from a cell is considered asexual. An example would be bacterial fission. Or mitosis in our cells which is asexual. A single cell duplicates its genetic material(dna) so for example it becomes 4n and splits into two identical daughter cells(each is 2n).
