Many types of mass movement are seen in the world today. many people have built their homes directly on the flow or are in the pathway of it. should the government, city, or county government have the right to decide which areas can be sold and built on or is it none of their business where you build.

It all depends on how it will affect the environment. For example the trees and animals that live there will get impacted.

foliation forms in a rock when pressure squeezes the rock together. the rock then has a design of many different color little lines. there are three types of foliated rock. the types are slate, schist, and gneiss. each type of foliated rock is different based on grain size and foliation characteristics. the lines appear when the rock has been under pressure.
